Ready to schedule a Tandem Healing™ session?
Logistics:
- Set up your appointment time. Ideally it will be a peaceful, uninterrupted quiet time for you both. Email or text Tammy with several potential dates and times for your session.
- If possible, send a photo and/or video of your animal in advance of your session via email or text.
- Complete the questionnaires and return them to Tammy no later than the evening prior to your scheduled appointment. Email to tammy@sundancehealing.com Animal Questionnaire ~ Person Questionnaire.
- Call Tammy at your appointment time. You will then chat briefly to discuss the most recent and prevalent emotional and physical issues.Then you will hang up and Tammy will facilitate the healing session. (Approximately 30-45 minutes). You might want to light a candle and put on soft ambiance music. Promote a peaceful and sacred environment. Find a relaxed position, possibly laying on the bed or sofa, and surrender deeply into the healing session. This allows deeper emotional clearing.
- When Tammy disconnects from you and your animal, she will call you to debrief and share her observations. You might want to have paper and pen handy

Tammy shares the origination of Tandem Healings™:
In the course of identifying that an animal and their human counterpart share similar core emotional wounds, I thought– wouldn’t it be great if there was a chance they could simultaneously heal during the same healing session? I could envision the potential and hoped for the best. It was a research project I enthusiastically launched to determine if a dual healing session could be a worthy option for both animal and human to expeditiously reach the land of well-being. Nothing gets me more excited than the thought of animals and humans suffering less and loving more.
Often when I facilitate animal healing sessions, I observe animals releasing energy and emotions that actually belongs to their human that they’ve (willingly) absorbed from them. It’s common for people and animals to carry energy for each other. If the pairing is particularly close, or in a codependent relationship, their energy fields are even more intertwined. So, it made sense that facilitating a tandem healing session would provide a golden opportunity to benefit both the animal and human.
Based on the positive outcomes of the case studies, I enthusiastically added it to my services for animal lovers to have another option to collectively heal alongside of their animals. The results of the initial few dozen animals/human sessions highlighted how we carry our challenges through our lives until we have the courage to face them…and how our animals help us do that.
